If you wish to cancel your trip for any reason, we will refund your tour cost if a cancellation letter is received by our staff by email (or other means). Failure to notice before tour’s departure will not be entertained by the company and may result in forfeiture of the tour cost. Full payment must be made before the tour’s departure and if cancelled after booking, 10% of the total cost will be forfeited to cover our administrative cost, hotel/transfer bookings etc.
